By accessing Motionera, you enter into a binding technical and legal agreement. We operate on the principles of high-performance engineering and mutual respect for intellectual property.
01. Access Rights
Motionera grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our mobile gaming applications strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our physics engines or asset bundles is a breach of this protocol.

Users must ensure their hardware meets our minimum RAM and CPU frequency requirements to prevent thermal throttling or session termination.
02. Account Integrity
You are the sole architect of your account security. Any unauthorized access resulting from compromised local hardware or shared credentials remains your responsibility. We implement rigorous anti-cheat protocols for high-stakes regional tournaments in Turkey.
03. Virtual Assets
In-game currencies and digital collectibles carry no real-world monetary value. They are functional components of the simulation software. Motionera reserves the right to rebalance asset performance to maintain competitive integrity.
04. Service Dynamics
Uptime is optimized for Istanbul hubs, but we do not guarantee 100% availability. Maintenance cycles are pushed during low-traffic periods (03:00-06:00 TRT) to minimize disruption to active gameplay sessions.

Prohibited Interference
Manipulation of memory addresses, injection of third-party DLLs, or the use of automated macro-bots is strictly prohibited. Our backend architect maintains a Zero Tolerance policy for tools that bypass the physics engine limits.
Content Submission
Users may transmit data through chat or guild profiles. By doing so, you grant Motionera a global, perpetual right to utilize this content for system optimization and promotional showcases. No hate speech or extremist content will be tolerated.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Turkish law, Motionera shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including data loss or hardware failure—arising from the use of our high-intensity rendering software.

This agreement and your use of the site are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be settled exclusively in the courts of Istanbul (Beyoğlu).
